Filter Applications

There are tons of applications submitted in NTIS program. Filtering them will be very helpful for you to find the desired applications.

This table header contains a filter feature. Each column represents its data category. You can search and sort the applications using this filter header.

To sort applications - Each column has its own title at the top of the application table list. Only those blue-colored titles can sort the list either in ascending or descending order.

Filter By Application Code

Insert an application code to view only the wanted application.

Filter By Company Name

Insert company name to view all applications under a single company.

Company name filter

Filter By Batch Code/Cohort

To list all applications by cohort, simply select the desired cohort date.

List of batch code

The numbers are based on cohort year and month. E.g 202007 is equal to July 2020.

Filter By Application Status

To list all applications by certain status, simply choose the desired status.

Definition of each status are defined as below:

Status	Definition
New	New organization registered.
Draft	New uncompleted application created.
Submitted	New completed application submitted.
Processing [Application]	Application currently in process by the system.
Rejected [Application]	Application rejected by system because does not exceed registration requirements.
Processing [Pre Screening]
Rejected [Pre Screening]	Application rejected during pre-screening.
Processing [Screening]
Rejected [Screening]	Application rejected during screening.
Processing [ESC]
Conditional Approval [ESC]	Application ready to be accepted but with condition(s).
KIV [ESC]	Application still under consideration.
Not For Sandbox [ESC]	Not qualified for Sandbox but linked with other programs.
Regulatory Sandbox	Accepted for both Regulatory Sandbox.
Innovation Sandbox	Accepted for Innovation Sandbox.
Both Sandbox	Accepted for both Regulatory and Innovation Sandbox.
Processing [MSC]
Processing [Taskforce]
Completed [Taskforce] - Endorse
Completed [Taskforce] - Not Endorse
Not For Sandbox

Filter By Application Score

To list all applications by score, insert either number 1 to 6 in the score field.

These scores are numbered by these categories: Score 1 (Rejected) = TRL 1-3 Score 2 (Rejected) = TRL 4-5 Score 3 (Accepted) = TRL > 6, Foreign, Not Greenlane Score 4 (Accepted) = TRL > 6, Local, Not Greenlane Score 5 (Accepted) = TRL > 6, Foreign, Greenlane Score 6 (Accepted) = TRL > 6, Local organization, Greenlane

Filter By Application Greenlane Status

You can select Yes or No Greenlane to view applications by Greenlane status.

Sort By Date Submitted & Process

Sort applications by date submitted or date process by clicking on the title itself.

Reset Filter

You need to reset the filter first if you want to filter other applications. Simply click the Reset Filter button to reset the filter setting.
